    We currently only ship to Switzerland. Please email us for any other countries.
  • How do I return or exchange a product?
    Thanks for checking out our policy! RETURNS: We have a 30-day return policy, which means if you don't love something you can send it back to us within 30 days of ordering it. We can now provide you with a return shipping label and the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. All returned items must be unused and sent back in it's original packaging so they can be resold. If you are returning sneakers, they must be in a bag or a box to protect the sneaker box. You'll be refunded as soon as your package is accepted by our returns department at the warehouse. Once it has been accepted, it can take up to 5 working days for the money to reach your original payment method. EXCHANGES Unfortunately we no longer process exchanges. Instead, you can return any un-wanted items for a refund and re-purchase any size/color option that you would like. Please note: If you decide not to use to use our returns system and do not buy a shipping label, we cannot take responsibility for any lost/delayed packages. It is also your responsibility to reach out to us for a commercial invoice, if you are outside of the EU.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Maybe. You must be fast! Once our warehouse has started picking your products, it is impossible to cancel your order. You will need to either receive the products and send them back or you cannot accept the package at delivery. Either way, you will be refunded for the products you return, but you will not get paid back the original shipping fee.   • Can I change my order?
    Maybe. If you want to change your order, you must be really, really fast! However, we cannot change the size or color of a product, we can only change the quantity of a product to be lower or completely remove something from your order. We cannot change the size or color of a product. This is all about inventory levels that are based by the unique id's, which is connected to our cart system and not our accounting system. Plus, our payment platform is not allowed to capture more money after the initial transaction.
